In the simplest of terms, I want you to be happy with your purchase(s) and your overall experience with Lightwork Design Co.
I am not one for complicated ‘Terms and Conditions’. I value my work and my customers and I am here to work with you in any situation.
Return Policy:
-Should you have any issues with your order, contact me (via email) as soon as possible and let me know. I’ll work with you directly to resolve any unforeseen issues / problems as quickly and smoothly as possible.
-If there is anything in your order that is incorrect, I will correct it.
-If anything arrives broken (glass) please send pictures of the broken item and the packaging. If it is replaceable as new, I will replace it. If it is not replaceable, I will show / discuss with you, replacement options.
-Should a (new) fixture need to be replaced do to damage or any unforeseen reason, I will send you a return label to ship the fixture back and I will replace it with a new one, at no cost to you.
-If you find that your purchase does not meet your expectations, or simply isn’t the right fit for the space you intended, you can return it within 30 days of receiving, (in the same condition as it was received) for a refund of the paid amount on the item.
